Hi, we have recently been issued a notice of default on our mortgage. This really threw us off guard because we were in the process of setting up a loan mod to repay our back balance. we are about 15000 behind on our payments (12months) and they were working out the plan, then we got served papers and
cw won't tell us why.
We are trying to scrape together every penny we can to get some money to them to lower what we owe in back payments, but
cw isn't helping us at all. We do not want to lose our house, what can we do???
Please, any advice will be appreciated!
