| Re: Short sale and buy house question If your relatives are not on title to your home and they qualify to buy another home in addition to one they own if that is the case and it is an entirely new property aside from the one that you are in now............that is fine...................
As far as adding you to title............unless you want the new home to have the potential of having a lien placed on it for any deficiency left after the sale of the home you are in..........you may want to leave your name off the title until you have negotiated this.
