Gray... Sorry to bother you but you seem to be very helpful and since you've had success with NACA I thought you wouldn't mind if we ask you some questions.... Afterall, you know exactly or somewhat what we are going through right now....

I've just received today a loan modification offer that increases my monthly mortgage to $470 a month... No doubt I have to reject and request for a better offer... Should I just stick to NACA?
