we are in a similar situation. our chapter 7 was discharged in Aug 08. I have spoken with
CW and my attorney. apparently, you CAN retain your home if
CW will work with you. they tell me that they are willing to work with us but I haven't seen anything from them recently. we have had some correspondence that says we'll be contact by a negotiator to work out new terms but that hasn't happened yet. give your attorney a call and give him/her a heads up. a letter from your attorney to
CW is a probably a good idea as well. good luck! I'll let you know how it works out with us.
