well here it goes i got a 80 20 loan with the assurance that in 2 years i would refinance and get a much better rate my first loan is 8.25 percent the second loan is 12.25 percent ive been in the house for 2 and a half years i had 1 30 day late payment little over a year ago but any way got a call and started to get a refi it was all going well the appraisel was good credit got better since i got the loan and it was good enough for a fha refi so everything is going well talked to the loan broker 2 days before thanksgiving and he said its all good all we need is 1 more employment verification and itll be done in 2 weeks he said how much the payment was and all that good stuff i was so freaking happy the next day my boss came out to the job and layed us all off said we will get called back the first of the year well somehow the loan people found out and called off the loan said they will call back the first of the year when i get back to work here it is feb and now the company says we arent getting called back look for work else where ive sold just about everything we have to stay current because i lost 250 a week in money i get 453 on unemployment and the house is 1509 a month and my truck is 537 a month i called country wide explained my situation and they said there is nothing i can do till im 90 days late i dont wanna be late i wanna pay i just need a lower rate i own another home in a different state that was willed to me a few years ago so actually i own 2 homes it is up for sale for 10 thousand but noone wants it its a vandalized hole what do i do do i quit paying and hope to get help or keep selling everything hopeing to weather the storm ive sold my motorcycle our 2nd car my sons four wheeler all my guns what the hell do i do im going to start selling my plasma next week i guess it pays like 220 a month this is my kids home i cant lose it anyone have any suggestions im so stressed i cant sleep im a grown man that sits in my shed and cries i feel like the biggest loser in the world i cant provide for my family i have wrote to congressman and senators and cant even get a reply country wide owns the loan but wont even talk to me i have the safest income in the world right now why cant they use it for the refi with the extensions i get 453 a week for 1 year can you say you will have your income in a year hope someone knows of a way i can get help vinnie
