Thank to you so much for the links. I have already emailed my congresswoman but have gotten no response. Can anybody give a "laymen's explanation" of a Notice of Intent to Accelerate? I recieved one by certified mail when I reach 60 days past due.
CW has told me that I don't qualify for modification. No explanation. I'm hoping Wednesday will bring good news. I just discovered this web site today and am comforted to know that there are so many others in my situation. Hopefully, united, we can affect change!!
