 Question for pdsfoley
We sent our modifications docs back and I spoke with a rep from the Hope Team and they stated that we are still in the process of approving the modification and that it's still not guaranteed. I thought once we receive a fed ex package and send it back it's a done deal. They also stated that they still needed to verify our income and that's why we had to send copies of my husbands paycheck stub. |
