| Re: Received loan Modification But Countrywide has no record of it Yes we have a copy of the documents we sent them. I'm confused about this whole process. We were approved for the AG settlement but why is it that when I speak with the Home Retention Team they have no record of any documents being sent to us but when I call the Hope Team at 877-643-2788 they tell me its been received and it's processing. Why is there conflicting information. What is the actual process? Is the Hope Team part of Countrywide? I would really appreciate any feed back. |
