Principle Reduction to fair market value is the only real solution here. Not more cleaver loan programs dressed up as Aid or a bailout.

We have to be real and call it for what it truely is... a game of financial hot potateo that went unregulated for way too long. Its time to get real.

And don't get me started on the county tax appriasals being used to calculate our taxes... they are $ 55,000 too high in my area compared to true market value.
