I spoke with
CW on my lunch break yesterday. Had to talk to 3 people but got one that said that they do not know why my loan mod was cancelled. It shows my info that was needed in there computer system and being recived on 12/4/08. Before this I was given the name of my negotiator but they did not have a number for him. The lady that gave me some info tried to find the negotiator in the system and told me there is no such person. She said she would e-mail the negotiation dept but did not know if they would be able to continue on the same loan mod. Also I would not be able to find out as they dont have any numbers to that dept and that dept does not call people. I also had to fax over all my info again. It feels like the same old run around. I E-mailed my AG and will call today. I am trying to get something to happen but I think I will just have to use NACA.
