That does not sound right at all. I would keep calling
CW until you get someone that can help....and calling your AG is a good idea, too. Let them know what happened and how you've been treated. I'd also send AG an email explaining what happened. It's specified in the settlement that
CW is not supposed to handle these 'cases' in such a crappy manner....(not exactly in those words!) Good luck....and I hope someone else can offer some info too. Don't give up!!!
