HBkiwi... I would suggest you keep calling until you get to the right rep...

Calli09...Chase is the one who puts together modification and then presents it to investor... From dealing with Chase for a while, I understood that once it is approved by Chase, it is pretty much a done deal.. it would be rare for investor to reject it... each servicer is different of course.
