We completed a loan modification last year February 2008 and we applied for another one last month. We were never told we couldn't try and we were told we qualified for the new 12/1 program. I would call again and talk to another person. I have never been denied while giving them my information and I have talked to at least 5 reps. I think each rep can be different. I know that there is a
