I do not know if getting a forebearance is put on your credit report...but I do know after talking to a mortgage broker friend on mine the other day, the broker CAN see that it was done at some point and it does affect their decisions in the future to obtain a re-finance or new mortgage..
Could you clarify as to what was done at some point that affected decisions in the future to obtain a re-finance of a new mortgage.
