I have BONY as my investor. I had two mod's approved in 12 monthes with them.
This last one was under the Dec 1st program. I showed a deficit every month of about $300.00 a month as was approved. My account online was just updated on the 27th to showing the mod as completed and approved! Yippie!
Previously i was showing a surplus of about $150.00 and was approved for that as well. That one did not reduce my interest though. Just added my late payments on to the loan. |
