Crumpy, thanks, and yes, let do stay in touch on the boards. I am sorry to read of your story. For those of us in California it seems like there are just huge losses: the margin between the loan and the current value on the property. It really seems like there is no hope, especially when you look at the govt programs available and the loan amounts they are working with are not going to help us.
