CW is slow but us generally very flexible( depends in your circumstances) when did you start the process? it says it takes a month but its more like 8-10 weeks once you get in their queue..the Negootiators are the ones who do teh analysis and loan mod , they submit/review with the investor( who is yours?) dont give up and call that office of the president number above
