Thank you for your fast reply.. We are so scared.. i tried to find out how to edit my post to add, that shes claiming shes NOT hopenow, and that her company has to work thru hopenow, to get the money from the FHA loans, and also that we are not doing a Modification, we're doing a re-negotiation.

Or did i say that already?!
