Our modification went through today, got the call this morning! Praise GOD and thank you all for the info onthis site. I am shocked at how fast it was, only about three weeks. So there is hope out there, everyone keep calling and letting them know you do not want to loose your house! I even faxed them a budge with a modification that we could afford and they pretty much went with it. I start at 3% and go up a half point each year until 5 and then after that it is fixed at 5%. K |
