Just a little tidbit for those of us in the situation of trying to decide if we want to keep our property, or walk.

Call it a case of too little too late, says Rod Dubitsky, Credit Suisse managing director, who now forecasts 8.1 million foreclosures over the next four years, up from his April estimate of 6.5 million.
