Re-reading the details of the early workout program clearly say "If the borrower successfully makes the new payments during the trial period, the workout will convert to a permanent modification." I mention this because this is not what the negotiator told us. In fact she said it would be reviewed and the modification can be denied leaving us with late fees and penalties.
