they have not offered the Early Workout program yet.............and other members are still doing the moretorium for the 90 days.........I have not seen members posting on successful mods yet from this program.......but I think it is too soon as well.
If this is the only property you own..........you may want to give NACA a try........you may have faster results than waiting for the FannieMae modifcation program to get off the ground with
