I shared my story on another thread "Living In Las Vegas". It sounds similar in respect to the run around from IndyMac.

I'm so sorry for all the stress you've been going through.

Couple of questions if you don't mind answering...

1. Did you find your attorney locally or through this forum?
2. Did the attorney require a substantial amount up front or after?
3. What are the terms of your modification?
