I, too, have a Conventional Loan and
CW is refusing to do any type of work out for us. They say we do not qualify for any of the programs. We do, however, have an Interest Only ARM, but when I call, they tell me they can't help because it's a 'straight up' Conventional Loan...whatever that means.
How did you finally get them to agree to help you? Which three
CW offices did you send letters to?
