OK... we are now 18 months behind, countrywide has included all of past due as well as the original chapter 13 arrears, our automatic stay has been lifted, we faxed our hardship letter info to countrywide12/14/2008, we called a real person 12/30/2008, she took our info and said thy got our doc's,then on 12/31/2008 it showed on my online account that we were in processing phase do not call us back until 1/21/2009, ok.., we have been checking the website everyday, sometimes twice or more... still saying no doc's received, but says do not call before 1/21/2009... well, i couldn't stand it any longer, so i called 1/9/2009, the gal told me that they still haven't received any docs!!! I then asked her to give me the fax numbers again, she did, so I preceded to refax doc's to BOTH fax numbers,in the meantime I decided to try to sign up with NACA, and guess what!, NACA doesn't have an office within 100 miles does any one have any suggestions or any numbers that i can call to get an online appointment with NACA?
