Hi everyone,

I'm new to this so bare with me. I will try to get right to the point. I JUly 2008 I called CW to get a loan mod. before my rate increased. I did all the paper work, talked o a negotiator and in October my negotiator told my that my mod was approved and my package would be in the mail. she also told me my new payment and when it would begin. Paperwork never came so I called back and they told me that I had to start the process all over again with no explaination. So I did, I kept calling and finally they said it was approved and the paperwork would be coming. That night I get my acccount online and it said I was denied by investors guidelines. Is there a number to a supervisor or a higher up to find out why they say I'm approved and everything is going out in the mail then I find out that I am denied.
