Re: Indymac won't modify on current mtg - should we pursue FHA instead?

I was not past due with IndyMac and granted me 2 loan modifications. I was current with indymac and they first modified payment to $100 for six months then did a permanent mod for 5 years to 2% interest rate through 2014. (this is of course a 2nd mtg (HELOC)).I am happpeee. woo-hoo, hoo, woooo. I have a very pleasant experience and decision was made within the day and not. THANK YOU JESUS.
