Hindsight is always so intelligent...but perhaps the fact that I did keep calling and checking did affect our initial denial. Everytime you call
CW, you risk (gosh I hope they can't track these posts)...you risk speaking to an idiot. You risk them doing something to your notes, to your account, that you do not want to have happen. I have to say that I now agree with my husband that says just stop calling them until they call you....make sure to check your contact messages as you don't want them to be asking for additional information and you not provide. But you also don't want to give some dingwit a chance to mess up your notes. I can only think that is what happened to us, and maybe others. We called, to check on the status - or to inform them of whether or not we were making a payment - and then BAM. Maybe we were placed into a different queue. My advice...follow
CW instructions but make every backup plan you can...
