Has anyone ever got hold of a person there? it is impossible to get hold of anyone, the number for Hopenow as well, one keep getting through to AHMS and you cannot get a live person. How are they willing to work with any one if they dont answer. The only people that answer is if you call the number from the mortgage statement, we get hold of India, and they are only interested in the outstanding monies, nothing else. What a mess!!!! Anyone with information will help. I called Jeanne Drake-Direct phone line 949-784-6011, she is away and I left a message, I then called Mike on ext. 6198 he is out until Friday. |
