| help with mod
Hello ok i have been in the process of loan mod. i got a call telling me that my new payment was basically the same as when i started the mod my rate did go down which is good but my principal went up 35,000 is this the way it should be so my principal os 385000 which my house is worth 200,ooo everyone that i know they have all got the principals knocked down to what the house is worth why is asc not doing this..., |
