I talked to
CW Dec 31 and got a sympathetic person who told me to fax a hardship letter, tax returns and 2 months bank statements hopefully to qualify for some help.I am now 2 1/2 months behind in my payments. Collections have ceased according to
CW website. Today I saw someone taking pictures of my house. Should I be concerned here or what?
