kateistired, I was told the same about Michigan because of the lawsuit. I even read them the fact sheet that mentioned subprime fixed rates. I did email the Michigan Atty General to see if I could get some clarification on the settlement from his office. But have not received any reply, I assume because of the holidays. I am going to try calling
