Well I can't understand how they can say that. Have you asked to speak to a supervisor? I was told that if you are in MI you would receive the streamlined mod whether you were late or not, as long as it fit into the guidelines of subprime, option arm, etc., I would be outraged, too. I guess my situation is a little different, it still shows active processing on my mod, but the faxed paystubs are gone.

I feel like they are finding ways around the sweeping promises they made about 400,000 mods. I read that they were supposed to complete modification requests within 60 days, too. I made my request on 10/29, today marks 60 days. I haven't even received any documents yet. This is incredibly frustrating...Countrywide is not treating its distressed customers with the dignity and respect they deserve.
