Congratulations!!! Reading posts like yours and others who have been successful give all of us who are just beginning the loan mod journey a reason to persevere. My loan w/GMAC resets in 2/2010. Based on all the great info on this website, I'm working on my hardship letter. Hope to have it ready to send within the next couple weeks. Thanks very much for sharing.
