If the properties are both rentals........NACA may not be able to help you.........I believe they only work with primary owner occupied....but check with them tomorrow to make sure.
Investor approval is not needed on a forbearance........so you may want to ask
CW for that on your own and save yourself some money instead of paying for the same answer. Call
CW and ask what the options are that the investor has on your loans..............these options are going to remain the same whether you hire a third party or do this yourself............so at least you will know.
