Well, its official........it is as good as it appears and we have accepted! It is generous and we are so thankful for this offer. Despite possible problems with our paperwork, we think this is too good an offer to pass up. All payments are principal and interest- not just interest!

Step Rate Loan Modification:

Year 1- interest rate 1%
Year 2 Interest rate 2.33%
Year 3 -3.667 %
Year 4- 5 % which is fixed for the life of the loan.
