Good luck SoCal, I have been following your posts on here...I can't believe they denied your loan mod, but it sounds like you still have a chance.

We're trying to forget about all this stress for a few days and enjoy Christmas (until we have to get our financials in next Monday!). I hope you all can do the same - Happy Holidays!
