Assuming there was no reaffirmation (you would have been required to sign something to reaffirm and no doubt your attorney suggested you not reaffirm), and your discharge has been entered, you would not be personally liable under either the first or second loans. So I seriously doubt the holder of the second would come after you. If they attempt to do so, simply let them know of your previous Chapter 7 filing, that they were listed as a creditor, and your discharge has been entered.
