I guess they can do what they want...............FannieMae just made another announcement today about the program.......I am still waiting for a call back from FannieMae to clarify the servicer's stance on all of this......which seems to be extremely uncooperative........

The 2% lower sounds great and that would be better than HomeSaver..........I hope they follow through..................
