Good letter - great in fact. I do not know what to advise you on the payment front, I am always reluctant to do that, I do advise legal advice, and also it has been my opinion to make the payment, and make the demands i.e. QWR and Modification.

The payment issue is something that I tend to defer to Moe and Andrew on as they have far more experience in these matters as an ongoing relationship with the "problems" that they have assisted and been through.

So....Moe or Andrew in your court.
