The girl I spoke with this afternoon didn't have any of my specific info. She didn't even know that I had faxed in my paystubs until I told her, and asked her to verify. She was mainly interested in spitting out a bunch of generic info.
I am wondering if it takes 60 days to get the docs, how could the new payment be due Feb. 1? |
