I have been calling Wendy every day since last Tuesday and I get her voice mail every time. I leave a message each day asking if they have any new information about the Dec. 15 program yet. I have not received any calls back or messages. Should I call someone else? I hate to just keep waiting. Have the servicers be informed of the Dec.15 program details yet? Thanks again.
