I just got off the phone with
CW and they said that the FedEx I got was just a loan modification and that information for the National program on 12/1 will be labeled as the National program.
So I am now supposed to call another number and fax in paystubs like everyone else. Even though I have been told for a month now that we qualified and would be getting a letter.
ARGH! The frustration :X
