| Expense sheet I am in the process of putting together a monthly expense sheet per request of Countrywide. I understand they like to see $100 to $250 left over at the end of the month. With an
income of $3,000 per month and a mortgage payment of $1650.00 and after entering other expenses, there is no way
we will have anything left and will be over the $3,000. Of course that is why we are seeking a loan modification.
If anyone can tell me how to do this expense sheet so it will be acceptable by Countrywide, I will be most appreciative of any help! |
