Hello, I am all new to this, but I have a quick question. But before I get a comment to call the numbers at countrywide, I want to hear from you, not countrywide. I already called them and got the run around.

Here it goes...
I am current on my mortgage and have been for alittle over a year. My circumstances have changed and have had to move due to work. I am currently living in another town renting while I am paying for my home while it is up for sale. I have been current on all my payments, but I am wondering if countrywide has a program or any insintives to help people who are current in my situation? I know some other lenders are helping with a lower rate. Does any body have any experience or advise in this situation? thanks.
