| Chase loan mod
I am now waiting and they told me to wait intil 01/01/09 for the loan mod to go trough. All my paperwork they have for about 5 weeks. It is really getting difficult to wait. Does anyone knows if the Chase get the funds for Loan Mods at 3%-4.5% loans?
