Thanks for your response. It is always encouraging to know there are others out there thinking the same way we are. I agree with you, that I have been proud of my credit, and still maintain a decent credit score, tho it has gone down about 50 points since buying my home 2 years ago.

I have a preliminary appointment with a lawfirm out of San Diego that also maintains an office in Temecula. Since I have no idea about lawyers and going rates etc..?
