Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining..........
The Dec. 15th program should be able to help you............it specifically is for the FannieMae/FreddieMac backed loans and the ones that are in default 90+ days...........
The problem with modifications for these type of loans prior to this announcement was that unless at that time you were severely in default, the help was non existent.
They are going to be briefing the servicers on the program over the next week and a half................so just stay in contact with Wendy or Richard so that you can get the help as soon as they have the information in place.......
