H$H sent my income analysis in October, they said I qualified, but
CW won't commit to anything even though they admit they have the income info. We have a 8.25% fixed, not yet behind but paying later and later each month as we struggle to come up with the payment. Have spoke to at least 4 different people and have not got the same info from any of them. I had to read the part about fixed rate subprimes from their fact sheet to one rep, because they don't even know who or what is included. Last one said that just because Mich. is part of the class action lawsuit we will be notifed. But don't know who to believe at
CW since the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing!
