No we don't have equity. Right now it's negative equity. Sheez. When we bought, prices were going up so fast we figured we would have equity in two-three years just with the way the market was going. Then it tanked. Can't even sell cuz we'd still owe. Thank you for the advice. This is not at all what Hope Now told me. They told me to go to a large lender and get an FHA secure, and they knew our negative equity position. This is a really good site. Thank you. |
